Can I return an Internet purchase to one of your store locations?
 
Sorry,  we don't support to the physical store replacement products.
 
 
 
Tulip Production.com Return Policy:
 
We will gladly accept requests for returns within 7 days from the date you received your purchase. All returned items must include the Shipping Receipt. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only less 10% restocking fee. Return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be in new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.
 
 
 
Non-Returnable Items include:
 
  • Seasonal Products: Halloween, Easter, Christmas, Carnival, Valentines, Mother's Day, Father's Day
  • Products that do not come seal Createx, Acrylic, Screen Printing Ink
  • Measures & Cut materials : ribbons, cords, Braids, Chain etc,
  • Cosmetics / Makeup, eyelashes, facial hair, teeth, fangs, etc.
  • Custom and Personalized items
  • Hosiery
  • Party Kits 
  • Perishables (e.g., food items such as candy)
  • Special Order Items
  • Undergarments
  • Wigs
 
 
How to Return Online with Tulipproduction.com:
 
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase with Shipping Receipt or Store Receipt.
 
Returns with the Shipping Receipt: All products, including Online Only products, will be refunded the purchase price less 10% Restocking fee.
 
Returns without the Shipping Receipt: We are unable to process returns without the Shipping Receipt. 
 
Merchandise credit is only redeemable in stores and not online..
 
Shipping and Handling charges and Shipping and Handling taxes are non-refundable.
 
Products must be unopened and in new condition.
 
 
All return products require a RAN (Return Authorization Number).
 
A RAN must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
 
Please include your name, phone number, ship ID, item(s) you are returning and the reason for return in your request for a RAN.
 
Include your packing slip and return authorization form with your return. Write your Return Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE of the package. Example: RA:123456
 
All returns must be sent so that your package may be tracked and receipt confirmed by your shipper of choice.
